Về tốc độ mạng của server Hetzner

Chào ae, Mình mới order server AX61-NVMe tại Đức, mình thấy ghi "Guaranteed bandwidth: 1 GBit/s", nhưng khi test với speedtest các server tại Đức thì tốc độ khoảng 92Mbit/s, cụ thể như sau: [QUOTE] Retrieving speedtest.net server list... Upload: 93.46 Mbit/s [/QUOTE] Ngoài ra, mình thử download file 10GB này ở Thụy Sỹ, http://speedtest.tele2.net/10GB.zip thì tốc độ download khoảng 10MB/s (MB này vẫn còn xa với khoảng cách 1Gbit/s). Thế mà 1Gbit/s ư? Tốc độ download/upload thế này còn thua cả server bên SoYouStart họ cam kết 250Mbit/s luôn á. Các bác nào có xài Hetzner có thể test tốc độ với Speedtest và show cho mình ko?
